Buyers can return most items within 30 days of delivery under TikTok Shop's standard policy.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Online buyers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, without a reason, then have 14 days to return it; you refund within 14 days of getting it back.

Describe the product exactly as it is. The best listing is the one that gets no surprise returns.
FAQ
Why was my listing rejected?
Often for a health claim, a blurry main image, missing compliance documents, or a brand you're not authorized to use.
Can I use before-and-after photos?
Not for weight loss. Elsewhere, only genuine, typical, unedited results, saying that results vary.
Can I set my own return policy?
Within the rules: TikTok's standard 30-day window in the US, the 14-day cancellation right in the UK.
